Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience who is available to work in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have solid commercial litigation experience and be comfortable handling a range of responsibilities, from document review to drafting complex motions. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Drafting and responding to motions Conducting and responding to written discovery, including requests for production and interrogatories Document review and analysis Preparing and responding to discovery-related questions Assisting in the defense of corporate clients in complex litigation, semi-class action suits, and employment disputes Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Illinois 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation Strong legal research and writing skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience with discovery and motion practice is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer
