Responsibilities: - Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors - Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses - Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies - Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans - Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications: - Valid and unrestricted license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice - Minimum of 1 year of experience as an FNP preferred - Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) - Experience in utilization review and case management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments We offer competitive compensation packages including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
