Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with state standards. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Collaborate with general education staff, support personnel, and families to ensure a supportive learning environment. Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations. Desired Qualifications: Active New Jersey special education teaching license (Standard license preferred; CE/CEAS licensure may be considered). Experience working with K-12 students in a special education setting; candidates should specify grade-level comfort. Strong knowledge of special education laws, best practices, and instructional strategies. Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
