This position is eligible for telework for applicants who reside in Minnesota or in a bordering state, with supervisory approval and satisfactory performance. If you live in a state bordering Minnesota, you must live within 50 miles or less from the primary work location to be eligible for telework. This individual will coordinate and evaluate Health Care Eligibility & Operations Division and Minnesota Health Care Programs business and technology systems and to work in collaboration with Department of Human Services (DHS), MN.IT, MNsure and health care processing entities. Responsibilities include: Serve as division lead and subject matter expert on initiatives related to the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of administration, division, and MHCP stakeholder processes and computer software and hardware. Use standardized methodologies to initiate, lead, and coordinate workgroups in efforts to identify, analyze, recommend, implement, improve, and maintain business processes and technology. Act as business lead on MNIT projects for technology and telecommunication systems such as Amazon Connect and Amazon Web Services, Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC), Finesse, IVR, Calabrio, Datacap, FileNet/EDMS, SharePoint, and computer software and hardware related to administration and division needs. Minimum Qualifications: Three (3) years professional experience working within medium to large organizations (100+ employees). Experience must clearly demonstrate: Experience managing projects that include coordinating and developing technology solutions and enhancements Experience with methodology including principles involved in initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects. Experience analyzing and interpreting complex data or situations to present results, outcomes, and status reports in a clear and concise manner. Experience with Call Center Systems Software and Document Management Systems Software. Experience leading projects while applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Management or similar. *Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field may substitute for 1 year of professional experience Preferred Qualifications: Knowledgeable in Minnesota Health Care Programs systems. Computer skills, including word processing, flow charting, project management, spreadsheets, and other publishing/presentation software. Customer service including the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders in order to meet stakeholder needs. Effective oral and written communication that is at the appropriate level in order to tailor communication to the specific audience, ensure perspective is understood, and so stakeholders comprehend and have confidence in the information they receive. Knowledge of organizational and business management principles and practices. Experience in guiding and maintaining an effective work team (i.e.: effectively facilitating group problem solving, negotiating compromises, and resolving issues and conflicts). Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
