$52.50/hr (overtime after 40)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 0700 – 1700 | 50+ hrs/week

Project Scope The Safety Manager will oversee safety for the owner's rep at a large-scale data center in Hutto, TX. Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following: BCSP credentials (CHST, STSC, SMS, etc) OR 4-year safety degree

3+ years of construction safety Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and client requirements.

Lead and mentor safety managers, providing oversight, guidance, and training to ensure consistency across teams.

Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections, ensuring hazards are identified and corrective actions are enforced.

Oversee incident investigations and reporting, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.

Ensure subcontractor and workforce compliance with site-specific safety plans and industry standards.

Serve as the senior safety liaison, coordinating with project leadership and client representatives to align safety with project goals.

Skills & Knowledge

Skills: Strong communication and public speaking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Effective organizational and multitasking capabilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

OSHA outreach training experience (preferred)

Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of EHS and construction industry regulations

Ability to clearly communicate safety protocols and regulatory compliance
