A 200-bed hospital located in the Clarksville, IN area is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join its team. As part of a health network serving the Louisville metro area, this position offers the chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Position Details: Title : Pharmacist Location : Clarksville, IN Software : Cerner Schedule : Variable days/afternoons (8-hour shifts) Compensation : Starting at $70.00/hour Key Responsibilities: Audit sterile and non-sterile compounding procedures and design enhanced safety protocols for approval Investigate monthly adverse drug event reports to address and triage departmental errors Prepare and present formulary proposals to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Participate in rounds with physicians, assist with order preparation, and follow up on patient care Qualifications: Active Indiana Pharmacist license Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Residency experience is a plus!
