Elementary (Grades K5) Stanwood School District is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our team for the
20252026 school year . This is a
full-time, onsite
position serving an
elementary caseload
at one or more school sites within the district. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about supporting students' communication and language development within the educational setting. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K5
Conduct evaluations, write reports, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
Requirements:
Active
Washington State SLP License
Valid
ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
or eligibility to obtain
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
