Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
- Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and participate in keeping the facility accident-free.
- Adhere to safety regulations, including proper use of PPE. This includes wearing a safety harness when required.
- May be responsible for providing back-up driver duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management (preferred).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid State-issued Class C license or willingness to obtain one.
- Compliance with DOT standards and regulations; possession or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Positive demeanor, dependability, strong work ethic, and self-starter mentality with the ability to learn systems quickly.
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $19.15 - $28.72 per hour. This role is eligible for bonus or incentive plans. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
