Holm Electric is seeking a WarehouseAssociate to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone whois motivated, organized, and eager to learn the ins and outs of warehouseoperations while building a career with us.

As a Warehouse Associate,you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by managing materials, tools,and equipment that power residential, commercial, and technology projects. Responsibilities

• Receive,organize, and maintain inventory of electrical and low-voltage materials.
  
• Prepareand stage materials for project crews to ensure efficient jobsiteoperations.
  
• Trackshipments, deliveries, and returns with accuracy.
  
• Assistwith procurement tasks, including sourcing and ordering materials asneeded.
  
• Keepthe warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.
  
• Maintaintools and equipment, checking items in and out to crews.
  
• Supportproject managers, technicians, and office staff with material needs.
  
• Learnand grow into advanced warehouse and logistics responsibilities.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  
• Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Willingnessto learn inventory systems and procurement processes.
  
• Abilityto lift and move materials (50+ lbs) and operate warehouse equipment.
  
• Dependable,motivated, and proactive attitude.
  
• Teamplayer with good communication skills.
  
• Validdriver’s license and clean driving record required.
  
• Previouswarehouse or material handling experience a plus, but not required.
