Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service that exceeds expectations
• Complete assigned store tasks efficiently during each shift
• Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures accurately
• Adhere to company policies, including loss prevention and safety guidelines
• Maintain a safe work environment using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Keep store appearance and merchandising standards up to company directives
• Restock merchandise and ensure items are organized correctly
• Use ZNET system to help customers find merchandise or alternatives
• Stay updated on product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone resources
• Utilize OBDII diagnostic tools to read automobile codes
• Diagnose car problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to management
• Continuously improve customer service skills through active engagement
• Provide honest, trustworthy advice to help customers select the best products

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic automotive parts knowledge required
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise safely
• Flexible availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed
