Your Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products
• Provide expert product knowledge and use effective sales techniques throughout the shopping experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Assist customers with sizing, fitting, and answering product-related questions
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately
• Support customers with transactions, financing, and delivery scheduling
• Uphold store presentation standards and ensure proper merchandise labeling
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and promotions
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts and follow safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and motivated team player
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Attention to detail and strong multitasking ability
• Physical ability to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs (with assistance if needed), stand for extended periods, and occasionally climb ladders or stairs
