Requirements

Must have:

• bachelor’s degree in a quantitative area such as Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Query is essential; experience with SQL and/or Python is advantageous (or a willingness to learn).
• Strong statistical capabilities are important, including regression analysis and the construction of predictive or financial models.
• We expect applicants to be skilled in analyzing large, complex datasets and deriving significant insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are crucial; the candidate should collaborate effectively across different departments.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary, along with a genuine curiosity for learning.

Responsibilities:

• My task involves aggregating, analyzing, and interpreting business data from various sources to support effective decision-making.
• I will build queries, reports, and dashboards that offer actionable insights to our leadership team.
• I am responsible for maintaining and improving datasets, models, and reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
• I will work closely with leadership to assist in project budgeting and operational analysis.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and workflows for improved efficiency is also part of my role.
• I will present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across functions, including sales, procurement, and project management.
• I will take ownership of assigned projects, manage priorities independently, and communicate progress effectively.
