Compensation

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 base salary + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and deferrals
• Perform month-end and year-end close activities
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
• Manage and track deferred revenue in compliance with GAAP
• Prepare financial reports for management and external auditors
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations
• Support external audit and tax preparation activities
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4 + years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and deferred revenue principles
• Experience with Sage Intacct is Preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Previous experience in a software or SaaS company is a plus
