Corporate Receptionist
LHH Recruitment is working with a non profit organization in Phoenix. This company is in search of a corporate receptionist to join their team. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The hourly pay is between $22/hr-$24/hr.
The Corporate Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, callers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has prior front desk/receptionist experience in a professional environment and is seeking a long-term opportunity in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Maintain front desk security and visitor log procedures
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and set-up
- Uphold the organization's mission and values through every interaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Friendly, reliable, and highly organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Demonstrated commitment to a long-term role in reception/administrative support
