Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Temporary, 3 months

Summary:
A professional services firm is looking for a polished Receptionist to manage its front desk. The ideal candidate will be welcoming, professional, and highly organized.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and route phone calls
  • Maintain lobby and conference rooms
  • Assist with scheduling and event logistics
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • Prior reception or front desk experience a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
Compensation: $21-23/hr

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
