Marketing Manager

Onsite | St. Petersburg, FL

$110k–$130k base + bonus

We’re looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing efforts and drive growth across all product lines. This is a high-impact, onsite role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape strategy and execution across multiple areas:

• Drive digital campaigns, content marketing & lead generation
• Oversee trade show marketing with measurable ROI
• Guide pricing strategy & product positioning
• Build and mentor a high-performing team

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital channels
• Drive growth initiatives for multiple product lines
• Lead pricing strategy and product positioning initiatives
• Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve objectives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing management experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong leadership, digital marketing, and content expertise
• Background in industrial/technical products a plus
