Responsibilities

• Supporting various aspects of accounting and reporting processes.
• Lead the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of deadlines.
• Understand internal control design concepts to assess the effectiveness of controls and design new processes for emerging business activities.
• Drive projects, provide accounting guidance, and serve as the first point of contact for finance and business partners.
• Ensure continuous improvement of processes and work closely with the project management team.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree required, preferably in Accounting.
• Current CPA license, preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in General Ledger accounting.
• 5 years of experience as a strong people leader managing a large team.
• Strong knowledge of accounting rules, standards, and regulations.
