Position

Position Title: HR Representative – Mountain West Division

Location: Boise, Idaho (Office-Based)

Reports To: Senior HR Manager, Mountain West

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to associates and leaders, including guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Support HR initiatives such as engagement, performance management, and talent development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Partner with field leadership to support staffing, retention, and workforce planning efforts.
  • Help coordinate training and development programs in collaboration with Learning and Operations teams.
  • Respond to associate inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and leave programs.
  • Assist in administering leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, and personal leaves.
  • Support investigations and documentation related to employee relations matters.
  • Participate in HR audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Help facilitate internal communications and change management efforts.
  • Contribute to inclusion & belonging initiatives.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics related to HR metrics and trends.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
