We're excited to announce the grand opening of our brand-new café in Redding, CT and we’re looking for passionate, friendly, and motivated Baristas to join our founding team!

Whether you're an experienced barista or someone who loves coffee and hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!

Position: Barista

Location: Newtown, Connecticut

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal beverages
• Provide warm, welcoming service to every guest
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Help create a vibrant café atmosphere as part of our launch team
• Support daily operations including restocking, opening/closing, and cashier duties

Qualifications

• Prior barista or café experience is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with a new business
• Must be available for training prior to the grand opening
