Overview

Job Overview. We are looking for a Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting café environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items with precision and care.
• Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous barista experience or coffee-related experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a huge plus.
