Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
- Translate high-level product features into detailed user stories for UI/UX and development teams.
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies to refine requirements and solutions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and accessibility teams throughout the full lifecycle: ideation, design, development, testing, and release.
- Prepare monthly release notes, feature presentations, and solution diagrams.
- Break down large initiatives into smaller deliverables to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure requirements align with REST APIs and system workflows (experience with Swagger preferred).
- Challenge existing processes and propose improvements.
- 3-5 years' experience in product or business analysis within agile environments.
- Strong experience creating user stories and requirements for UI/UX and front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and ability to trace requirements to technical implementations.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- ssociate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in Dallas office.
