Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain floor care equipment (scrubber and buffer).
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
• Follow health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in the Lounge and Restrooms.
• Support Front End coverage needs and uphold merchandising signage standards.
• Participate in store recovery and loss prevention controls as required.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Adhere to labor laws, meal and break policies, and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location: USA TJ Maxx Store 0862, New Milford, CT. Starting pay range: $16.35 to $16.85 per hour, determined by factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
