Overview

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including scrubber and buffer.
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to assist in multiple store areas as needed to support business needs.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for all areas of the store (Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, Associate Lounge, etc.).
• Comply with Health and Safety policies, including refilling essential items in lounges and restrooms.
• Support and respond to Front End coverage needs and store recovery activities as needed.
• Uphold merchandising signage standards and store policies.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates.
• Adhere to labor laws, meal and break policies, and safety awareness procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor buffer and scrubber.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Team-oriented, able to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience is preferred.
