Duration: Contract through the current school year (CSY) Schedule: Approximately 7 hours per day Start Date: Immediate placement through June Responsibilities: Collaborate with occupational therapists to implement individualized therapy plans for students across various grade levels. Provide therapeutic support in classroom and therapy settings to enhance students' fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills. Assist in documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with school and district guidelines. Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs and promote inclusive learning environments. Engage with school staff and families to support student outcomes and coordinate care. Qualifications: Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in good standing. Experience supporting pediatric populations in educational settings preferred. Ability to work effectively with children across elementary, middle, and high school age groups. Strong communication and collaboration skills to function within multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility to adapt to varying therapy schedules and student needs.
