Develop and implement individualized intervention plans. Collaborate with educators, families, and community resources to support student success. Provide counseling services and crisis intervention as necessary. Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school policies. Qualifications and Experience: Possession of a Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Social Worker endorsement is required. Experience working with children in grades K-5 preferred. Strong understanding of child development and social/emotional issues in young students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
