An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support in an elementary school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position serves students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade, supporting a caseload of approximately 11 students. The role requires delivering tailored occupational therapy services designed to enhance students functional abilities and foster their academic success.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades TK-8. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adhere to school policies and legal requirements. Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively regarding student needs and progress. Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license. Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with elementary-aged students. Strong understanding of educational and developmental needs from TK through 8th grade. Ability to create flexible schedules accommodating a weekly commitment of 14-16 hours. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Location: Sunnyvale, CA Schedule & Duration: Flexible hours, ASAP through June 11th, 2026, totaling approximately 14-16 hours per week.
