Barista Hospital Caf

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our hospital caf team. As a key part of the patient, visitor, and staff experience, you'll serve high-quality beverages and snacks with a warm smile and efficient service. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to hospital staff, patients, and visitors. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other caf equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf area. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Restock supplies and assist with inventory management. Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and food handling protocols. Qualifications: Previous barista or food service experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs. Must meet hospital compliance requirements. Why Join Us? Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
