Communications & Events Coordinator
who is passionate about storytelling, organization, and building engaging experiences that bring our mission and culture to life.
This role will support both internal and external communication initiatives—helping to create compelling content, coordinate company events, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to have you on our team.
What You’ll Do Coordinate & Organize Support community outreach initiatives at various locations. Assist in planning and executing company events, from employee gatherings to family celebrations. Build relationships with vendors for events, sponsorships, and promotional materials. Manage company store, swag inventory, recognition programs, and internal tools. Maintain internal platforms (intranet, newsletters, apps, and campaigns) to ensure clear, consistent messaging. Collaborate & Engage Partner with internal marketing teams to enhance employee engagement. Collaborate across EAS Companies to expand brand reach through joint initiatives and campaigns. Create & Inspire Work with departments to gather stories and create tailored messaging. Assist in capturing and editing photos/videos for internal and external use. Write clear, concise, and engaging content for press releases, social media, website updates, and internal announcements. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field ( preferred, not required ) 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role Strong writing, editing, and design skills with an eye for detail Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling Excellent organizational and time management skills A collaborative, people-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
