A dynamic mid-size law firm in Alpharetta is seeking an
Insurance Coverage Attorney
with 2-4+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a focus on
third-party liability coverage . This is an excellent opportunity to gain immediate hands-on litigation experience while working closely with multiple partners on a wide variety of insurance coverage matters.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with partners on complex third-party liability coverage issues. Conduct legal research and provide clear, comprehensive reports on coverage matters. Draft coverage opinions and handle related litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trials. Manage case files, discovery, and communications with insurers. Requirements: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Minimum of 2 years of insurance coverage and litigation experience (law firm or clerkship). Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Exceptional attention to detail when handling complex coverage issues.
