We are seeking a motivated
Plaintiff Litigation Attorney
with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to handle impactful cases across Florida and Texas, while working directly with clients to deliver outstanding legal representation.
Responsibilities: Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation matters from intake through resolution. Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, and represent clients in depositions and mediations. Oversee case strategy and client communications with a focus on achieving favorable results. Collaborate with team members to drive cases forward efficiently. Work with cases based in both Florida and Texas. Requirements: Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Florida Bar license (required). Texas Bar license (preferred, but not required). Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury plaintiff matters. Strong written and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary starting at $100,000+. 10% bonus on fees generated after $300,000 in revenue is produced. 50% bonus on fees for personal referrals brought into the firm.
