Overview:
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented leader to oversee sanitation operations in a dynamic food manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all sanitation activities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Direct and support sanitation personnel across multiple shifts, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and internal protocols, including GMPs, HACCP, and other industry standards. Operational Management: Develop and execute comprehensive sanitation schedules and procedures. Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations. Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to sanitation staff on procedures, chemical handling, and safety practices. Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Audit Readiness: Ensure the facility is always prepared for internal and external audits by maintaining thorough documentation and consistent sanitation practices.
Qualifications: Proven experience in sanitation management within a food production or manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices. Effective leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
10pm-6:30am
