This role offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5+ years of employment litigation experience to engage in significant client-facing work and develop their practice under the guidance of skilled leaders in the Labor & Employment space. Key Responsibilities: Independently handle trial and arbitration cases. Draft and respond to pleadings, manage discovery, and draft and argue motions. Take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations and trials. Handle litigation matters involving discrimination cases and restrictive covenant issues.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of employment litigation experience. Proven trial and arbitration experience. Strong background in drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and arguing motions. Experience in taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations and trials. Expertise in discrimination cases and restrictive covenant issues. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Admission to the Texas Bar. JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
