We are currently seeking a skilled
Labor & Employment Attorney
with 4-7 years of litigation experience to join a dynamic and fast-paced legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in handling complex employment-related legal matters and providing strategic counsel to clients.
Key Responsibilities: Manage employment litigation cases, including class actions related to wage and hour disputes, discrimination, and harassment claims. Respond to regulatory inquiries and complaints from agencies such as the EEOC and DFEH. Take and defend depositions, prepare for and participate in trials and arbitrations. Provide day-to-day advice on federal and California employment law, including leave laws and wage compliance. Counsel clients on labor relations matters and internal policy reviews.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in California. 4 to 7 years of employment litigation experience; open to more seasoned attorneys. Demonstrated experience with trials or arbitrations. In-depth understanding of California and federal employment regulations, including ADA, FEHA, FMLA, CFRA, and wage/hour laws. Strong background in client counseling and labor relations.
