Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
to join our partner firm in Bayonne, New Jersey. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate transactions. The successful candidate will support attorneys on a broad range of matters including acquisitions, sales, financings, and leasing transactions.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough
title and survey reviews , identify and resolve potential issues. Assist in
commercial real estate closings , including preparation of closing documents and post-closing follow-up. Draft and manage documents related to
purchases, sales, financings, and leasing transactions . Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions. Organize and manage
transaction files
from inception through closing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Perform due diligence, including review of organizational documents, leases, and contracts. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties, providing consistent updates and support throughout the transaction process. Qualifications: 5+ years
of commercial real estate paralegal experience. Strong understanding of
title and survey review , financing, and leasing processes. Highly organized with excellent
written and verbal communication skills . Proficient in
Microsoft Word and Excel . College degree and/or paralegal certificate required . Ability to
prioritize and manage multiple transactions
