The firm’s

Commercial Litigation

group is seeking a mid‑level associate to handle a broad range of matters, including commercial, construction, financial services, and product liability disputes. You’ll represent clients in local, state, and federal courts — at both the trial and appellate levels — and work closely with partners and colleagues across the firm’s national platform.

Details Base Salary:

$190,000 – $250,000, commensurate with experience Bonus Structure:

Qualifications 3–6 years of litigation experience (commercial, construction, financial services, and/or product liability preferred) Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials Active Washington Bar license Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a team
