You’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience from day one—taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing for and participating in trials. With a full mock courtroom onsite and monthly litigation workshops, this is where litigators go to level up.
Your Role Will Include: Managing a busy litigation caseload across defense areas Taking and defending depositions Drafting and arguing motions in court Collaborating on trial strategy and participating in trials Engaging in intensive trial skills training and mentorship
Who Should Apply: Attorneys with 1+ years of litigation experience - ALL EXPERIENCE RANGES WILL BE CONSIDERED Experience with insurance defense, public entity representation, or high-volume litigation is a plus Willingness to grow into leadership or office management roles Passion for courtroom work and long-term career growth
Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $120,000 – $200,000+, depending on experience 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance (effective Day 1) Unlimited vacation and sick leave 401(k) with 4% match
