Associate Attorney

with

2-6 years

of experience to join its

San Francisco

office. In this role, you will represent employers of all sizes ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and higher educational institutions in traditional labor and employment litigation.

This firm offers: Office type: Hybrid (3 days in office) Billables: 1750 Base Salary: $190K-$260K Bonus: Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance (generous bonus for hours over billable requirement and performance based bonus) Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan Additional perks: paid parking, cell phone reimbursement and lunch provided 3 times a week Immediate client contact Assignments are tailored to associates in a way that reflects their interests (transactional assignments, advice and counsel & litigation) Excellent track record of promoting associates to partner Opportunity to work with a collaborative, supportive and friendly close-knit team

Required Qualifications: 2-6 Years of Labor & Employment Defense Experience JD from an accredited university Active membership in the California State Bar
