What You'll Do
Lead and mentor hourly production teams to foster engagement, performance, and retention Manage daily production schedules and ensure consistent work flow Champion safety initiatives, conduct audits, and lead accident investigations Drive quality improvements and uphold brand standards Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and materials teams to optimize operations Support hiring, training, and performance management processes Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment, and procedures
What We're Looking For
5+ years of manufacturing experience; bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of leadership experience with a track record of developing teams Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Ability to travel occasionally to other plant locations
