Production Manager (90-120K) We have an exciting opportunity available for a Production Manager in the Auburn, NY area. This role will lead clean room operations producing medical / healthcare industry products. Shift Hours: M-F 7AM – 3:30PM. Company Overview:Established Manufacturer with experience tremendous growth. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 30 production employees. Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Oversee clean room processes to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Develop and mentor shift coordinators, building leadership strength across the team. Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and automation teams on process improvements and new equipment integration. Drive efficiency in production scheduling, labor planning, and cost control. Support qualification processes and programs (IQ/OQ/PQ, APQP, etc.). Implement Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies to improve productivity and reduce downtime. Build strong employee engagement through training, development, and performance management. Qualifications:AAS or BS Degree (Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field). 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor / Manager within a technical manufacturing process environment. Proven track record in continuous improvement/lean manufacturing. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
