Employment Law Attorney (Plaintiff) | New York, NY
A leading plaintiff-side employment law firm in New York City is seeking a passionate and experienced Employment Law Attorney to represent workers in complex workplace rights cases. This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities for impact litigation and client advocacy.
Responsibilities: Handle a full caseload of employment matters from intake through resolution or trial. Conduct client interviews, legal research, and case evaluation. Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and legal briefs. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Negotiate settlements and advocate for employee rights.
Qualifications: 2-5 years of litigation experience in employment law. Strong knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, NYSHRL, and NYCHRL. Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Passion for advancing civil rights and workplace equity.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidat e.
