Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the organization’s hiring needs. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can build strong candidate pipelines, leverage modern sourcing strategies, and partner effectively with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs, ensuring long-term retention strategies are aligned with business objectives. Utilize diverse sourcing channels—including job boards, social media, professional networks, and emerging technologies—to attract qualified candidates. Actively network both online and offline to promote the organization’s employer brand, reduce time-to-hire, and secure high-quality talent. Partner with HR and hiring managers to draft, review, and finalize job postings; manage approvals and post openings internally and externally. Maintain and update accurate and compliant job descriptions. Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with position requirements and organizational culture. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, pre-screening, and administering assessments when applicable. Manage and track candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure records are accurate and up to date. Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting initiatives as assigned. Foster a professional, collaborative, and positive candidate and employee experience throughout all recruitment activities. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent education and experience will be considered. Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Experience recruiting in medical products or insert molding industries is highly desirable. Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting for a wide range of roles across organizational levels. Strong knowledge of modern sourcing methods, including social media platforms and internet recruiting strategies. Proven experience conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information. Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
