Property Administrator
LHH is looking for a Property Admin for a commercial property management client of ours. This role will involve general administrative duties related to the commercial property and tenants along with some accounting duties focused on Accounts Payable. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $19 and $22/hr.
Duties: Maintain and update property records, lease agreements, and tenant correspondence. Coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests, and vendor scheduling. Assist with tenant onboarding and move-out processes. Prepare reports on occupancy, lease expirations, and property performance. Support property managers with documentation, filing, and compliance tracking. Handle incoming calls and emails related to property inquiries and service requests. Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Reconcile property-related expenses and verify accuracy against contracts. Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for each property. Maintain organized records of financial transactions and vendor files. Collaborate with accounting to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in property management or administrative support. Familiarity with commercial real estate operations and lease documentation. Basic understanding of accounts payable processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. MUST be proficient with Microsoft Excel. Testing is required.
