A well-established global industrial manufacturer is seeking a
Supply Chain Manager
to lead planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory operations, while leading a dynamic team of reports. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven leader with a strong background in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Lead a team overseeing production planning, scheduling, shipping, and external processing. Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with cost, quality, and delivery goals. Manage sourcing and supplier performance for raw materials and outsourced services. Oversee MRP/MPS processes to align demand, capacity, and material availability. Ensure inventory accuracy, traceability, and compliance with export regulations. Drive improvements in inventory turns, obsolescence reduction, and on-time delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product introductions and production changes. Communicate proactively with internal teams and external partners to manage expectations and resolve issues. Apply data-driven decision-making to prioritize materials and maintain schedule adherence. Foster team development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred). 7+ years of supply chain experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred) and manufacturing scheduling. APICS/ASCM CPIM certification is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
