Position Overview Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Leadership Program Developer and Facilitator for a hybrid role in Dallas, TX. This position will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and leading leadership development programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a proven program builder with strong facilitation skills, executive presence, and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders, physicians, and executives.

Responsibilities Design, implement, and measure leadership development programs. Serve as an executive coach for leaders and faculty. Facilitate workshops, training, retreats, and leadership programs for diverse audiences. Conduct organizational assessments, evaluations, and provide recommendations for development initiatives. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement. Support onboarding and training strategies across the organization. Lead change management initiatives and team-building activities. Provide consulting and guidance on leadership and organizational development issues. Document, analyze, and improve OD processes based on data and best practices.

Qualifications Education (Required): Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field. Experience (Required): Minimum of 6 years of experience in leadership development, training, or organizational development. Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Organizational Development or related field. Preferred Certifications: International Coach Federation (ICF), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Executive Coach (CEC). Assessment certifications such as DISC, Gallup Strengths, Myers-Briggs, Thomas-Kilmann, or Influence Style Indicator.

Skills and Abilities Proven ability to design and execute leadership development programs. Strong facilitation and presentation skills with executive-level audiences. Executive presence with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders. Experience with leadership and behavioral assessments. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and consulting skills. Ability to lead change initiatives and build consensus across teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile Proven Program Builder: Experienced in creating leadership programs from the ground up. Strong Facilitator: Confident and engaging in executive-level sessions. Collaborative Team Player: Thrives in a team-oriented culture and avoids ego-driven approaches. Executive Partner: Skilled in working with senior leaders, executives, and physicians. Academic Setting Experience: Highly desirable, though not required. Healthcare Experience: Nice to have, but not mandatory.

Work Environment Hybrid schedule: Onsite 2–3 days per week, with flexibility as needed. Highly collaborative and team-oriented department. Focused on collective success and knowledge-sharing.
