Sessions will run from April to August 2026. Preplanning will include reviewing content, providing suggestions, familiarizing with the organization, and finalizing the content and training schedule. Hours:

Program Overview: Our client offers a retreat-style personal development program for employees. This immersive experience empowers participants to: Define their own version of personal success Cultivate a growth-oriented mindset Uncover intrinsic motivations and personal drivers Embrace authentic leadership and lead by example Differentiate themselves through values-based, purpose-driven leadership The program combines reflective practice, experiential learning, peer dialogue, and guided coaching in a supportive environment.

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Facilitator to lead and guide groups of employees through this multi-day, high-impact journey. The ideal candidate has deep experience in personal and leadership development, thrives in dynamic group environments, and brings warmth, curiosity, and clarity to every session. This person will play a vital role in holding space for individual growth while fostering a connected and psychologically safe group experience.

Key Responsibilities: Lead multi-day retreat sessions, guiding participants through structured exercises, discussions, journaling prompts, and group activities aligned to program pillars Facilitate conversations and experiences that encourage self-reflection, vulnerability, and personal insight and how that insight can benefit team relationships Adapt facilitation style to meet the unique needs and energy of each group while maintaining fidelity to the program’s learning objectives Create an inclusive, safe, and courageous space for learning, sharing, and growth Utilize techniques from coaching, adult learning theory, and experiential learning to deepen impact Collaborate with program designers and coordinators to continuously improve content and flow Provide light post-retreat follow-up (e.g., check-ins or group debriefs) when needed Observe and capture feedback and insights to inform future program evolution

Qualifications: Required: Proven experience facilitating personal development or leadership programs in a corporate or professional setting Strong grounding in topics such as emotional intelligence, mindset development, values-based leadership, coaching, or adult learning Exceptional interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence Skilled at balancing structure with flexibility in live sessions Comfortable navigating sensitive topics and group dynamics with care Outstanding verbal communication and presence in both small and large groups Ability to build trust quickly and foster authentic connection among participants

Preferred : ICF-certified coach, trained facilitator, or equivalent credentials Experience leading retreat-style, immersive programs Familiarity with personality assessments or frameworks (e.g., Enneagram, StrengthsFinder, DiSC, etc.)

Commitment: Facilitators will be engaged on a contract or part-time basis for each retreat cycle. Availability for pre-event prep, onsite facilitation (typically 2–4 days), and brief post-retreat integration is required.

Eligibility Requirements: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.

As a contractor, you will be paid for the time you work; this does not include paid time off (PTO) or holidays. If you participate in our Payroll Services (W2) engagement, you may be eligible for Paid Sick Leave (PSL), depending on your work location and state-specific regulations.
