Commercial Real Estate Associate .
What You’ll Do Draft and negotiate
leases, purchase agreements, loan documents, and other deal documentation Work on acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, finance, REIT, distressed property, and construction matters Manage due diligence
and closing processes
Key Qualifications 2+ years
of
commercial
real estate experience in a sophisticated law firm, AmLaw preferred Meaningful exposure to acquisitions/dispositions, finance, and ideally some construction Admission to the Illinois bar or eligibility to waive in
Compensation & Benefits 1600 minimum billable
requirement Base compensation of
$170-220K
,
plus bonus eligibility
determined by firm and individual performance Flexible hybrid schedule
- 3 days in office Professional liability insurance, health, dental, and vision insurance, participation in 401k and profit-sharing plans, smart phone and CLE reimbursement, and bar association membership
