August 1, 2025 May 25, 2026 Job Overview: We are currently seeking a licensed
Speech-Language Pathologist
to join our team for the 20252026 school year. This position will serve students across two school campuses in
Lafayette, TN , supporting a diverse caseload of K12 students. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about helping students reach their communication goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
Provide direct therapy services to students
Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Caseload: K12 students
Caseload size to be determined based on student needs and scheduling
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current
Tennessee SLP license
(or eligibility to obtain)
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs will be considered
School-based experience a plus
