A thriving and rapidly growing company based in Lincoln is looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO and help drive bold initiatives forward. In this pivotal role, you'll wear many hats — from executive gatekeeper to operational problem-solver — seamlessly balancing strategic projects with critical administrative responsibilities like managing calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing executive materials.

This hybrid position blends project leadership, executive communication, and operational management. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, prepare executive materials, and ensure smooth, thoughtful engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, correspondence, and travel logistics to ensure alignment with company goals.
Serve as a central point of coordination across the leadership team—facilitating clear communication, accountability, and timely decision-making.
Lead and support high-impact projects and company-wide initiatives, ensuring they stay on track and aligned with the CEO’s vision.
Prepare executive-level content, including presentations, reports, and board meeting materials.
Help drive executive messaging that reinforces organizational culture and keeps the team connected to leadership priorities.
Draft and edit internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and clarity of voice.
Ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks including expense reports, scheduling, and document handling.

Recommend and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive office.
