The Expense Accountant, reporting to the Expense Manager, is responsible for a variety of accounting and treasury functions including complex accruals, intercompany transactions, cash flow projections, and reconciliation of prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and operating leases. The role also involves preparing journal entries, conducting P&L analysis of non-compensation expenses, supporting audits, and generating recurring and ad hoc reports for senior management. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience, a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
