Serving as the subject matter expert on analyses of economic and business processes to support the reporting and budgeting needs of Peoples and the various field operation departments. Key Responsibilities Lead fiscal performance tracking, budget forecasting, and reporting using standard methodologies and tools such as Power BI. Analyze operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor effectiveness, ensure data integrity, and identify improvement opportunities. Apply statistical methods and process design standards to implement operational improvements aligned with strategic Gas Operations goals. Develop cost/benefit models and financial case studies to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with IT and field teams to implement new systems and monitor workflow performance. Audit internal process controls and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance. Support standardization of field procedures through analytics and trend analysis. Facilitate workshops and meetings with field teams, supervisors, and leadership to gather input and drive process improvements. Support change management efforts during rollout of new technologies and procedures. Represent Gas Operations in cross-functional process development and analytics initiatives. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement. Skills & Tools Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Qlik, Excel, SAP, and operational software/database systems. Strong analytical, statistical, and process design capabilities. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong planning, writing, and data management skills; detail oriented. Independent worker/well organized/quick learner. Qualifications ~8+ years of experience in business process analysis, operational analytics, or related fields. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). ~ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (~50%) to PNG sites
